Liked:Waterton and the street the hotel is located in is a super location.

Disliked:general state of dilapidation of terraces, stairs, unhygienic carpets, bathrooms with mold on the tubs. Poorly or superficial cleaning of the rooms. During our 3 day stay nobody attended the rooms to make up to make up beds, cleaning the room or refreshing of towels etc. No telephone, no TV in the rooms. No staff available (we were redirected to the hotel lobby of another hotel across the road). Smelly corridors where other guests cook strong curries in their rooms.
