Great value, superb location and views

Liked:Exceptional location with a mountain veiw and just a couple of minutes from the town centre with all the fun! Didn't expect to have some sort of a deck with benches to drink my morning coffee with the view. Rooms super clean and neat. Definitely good value for the location!

Disliked:Nothing to think about, maybe the parking area is not very big, but enough for all the guests, it seems

Fantastic if i didn't have neighbours!

Liked:Room was super cosy and comfortable, loved the beds and the shower, comfy armchair. Parking right outside in the heart of Waterton Park. The hotel part is a 9/10!

Disliked:Firstly, I understand it's not the fault of the hotel, but my neighbours were awful and made lots of noise between 1am and 3am, which made my stay terrible. The negative point is the handling of the situation. It's not the fault of the young lady on reception who I told in the morning, but the response of "oh yeah that happens", isn't acceptable. Also there needs to be a seal around the door as there is a big gap and breeze comes in easy.
