Disgusting!

Liked:I had requested handicapped accomodations. I was given a room on the second floor, with an elevator that was not operational from the second floor. There were no drinking cups in the bathroom. The breakfast was great, but they allowed a patron to be in the eating area barefoot!! The receptionist had no idea where the area churches were located. I could go on and on. Sorry, I typed this in the wrong box!!! The place should be closed!! Disgusting! I left two ddays early!

Not Every Location Meets the Standard

Liked:Breakfast was great. The pool was small but okay.

Disliked:The first entrance was closed due to pot holes covered with orange cones. There was no signage to direct you to the next entrance. The hotel look abandoned upon arrival. The side doors had notes that they didn't work so we carried all our luggage through the front door to find out that the side doors worked on and off. The hallways look outdated. The bathroom need a real upgrade not bandaids. Our refrigerator made noise all night. I recently stayed at a Hampton Inn in Charlotte and it was phenomenal this location is far from comparison.
