Disliked:Elevator on the 2nd floor was not working during checkout, sign was put up to call the front desk but no one answered.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay and look forward to staying at Hampton Inn next year.

Liked:The hotel is in a good location with restaurants and shops nearby. They have plenty of parking space and the lot is well lit at night. The room is spacious and very clean. The staff working the front desk and the cleaning crew are very friendly and helpful. They offer a nice breakfast with plenty of choices. I was able to get a cup of coffee anytime I wanted one.

Disliked:The only minor problem I had was I couldn't get my door open one of the days we were there. I reported it to the front desk and Shirley, who was working the desk at that time, followed me up to my room and was able to open it. She said she would call maintenance if she couldn't open it. The problem was solved and I really appreciate the way she handled the situation.

Not clean and no help available

Liked:Breakfast was good other than the fact the juice machine was broken both days and they had no juice alternative.

Disliked:I called the front desk to ask them to change son’s comforter because it had an old bandaid on it and the front desk said they would but then never showed. I even called to remind. Then when we returned from our event the same comforter with the same bandaid was still on his bed. I called down again and a gentleman this time told me there’s nothing he can do because he doesn’t have access to the sheets and blankets. Only housekeeping does and they weren’t there. He then offered me a blanket before realizing they ran out. It was very annoying.

Excellent

Liked:At the middle of the night my wife and I were so desperate in finding a place where to we could get some rest and sleep, “Shirley” a sweet beautiful lady at the front desk of the hotel and she did what she was supposed to do being in front of the Hampton Hotels. Si friendly, spontaneous and kind She is at Waterbury, Connecticut location. She deserves the best.
