Awesome!

Liked:I was pleasantly surprised by the property which you can tell was recently renovated. The lobby was tasteful;;y decorated and restaurant and bar looked great. The rooms were very nice, clean, spacious, amenities were nice and overall it was a great stay in the Brass City. I honestly did not expect it to be so nice in Waterbury. It was a relaxing trip and the parking garage was a short walk across the street from the hotel.

Disliked:Nothing, everything was great!

Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Liked:The hotel was very good, check-in was great and the bar and bistro was excellent.

Disliked:The Boarding pass area didn't have a printer and the staff on duty said they didn't have a printer either. Why do you have a boarding pass computer but no printer to print the boarding pass. Only one person at the desk to check people out and he was on a phone call, so I had to wait 15 minutes to get checked out.
