Lovely apartment, very clean and close to all Warwick tourist attractions.

Liked:The location was very good and easy to get into Royal Leamington Spa for the National Bowls Championships. The apartment was well equipped with all the necessary facilities, including fans which were great due to the very hot weather during our stay. Bella our host was excellent and was quick to answer any question we had.

Disliked:The lack of parking, having to use the car park increased our cost for the stay, but I understand this is in hand with the Host, who is looking to get a car permit. My friend is quite small and found the dining table stools very difficult to get onto too.

Liked:Great location with easy access to Warwick and the surrounding area Clean and comfortable Good standard of accommodation Washing machine was really useful Well equipped Adjacent to parking and Sainsbury’s

Disliked:Cost of parking and the need to remember to top up especially if you don’t use the 24 hour rate

Liked:Light and airy. 2 mins to supermarket but hidden away. Great location. Family perfect as 3 beds in 2nd room.

Disliked:Electric vehicle chargers not in operation. Parking tricky. Have to pay overnight and again at 8:00am but only steps away from front door.
