Excellent… especially the staff!

Liked:Second time staying here and the hotel did not disappoint. It was my young daughter’s birthday and she wanted a hotel stay, the staff went out of their way to make her feel special (it was truly lovely the effort they made and my daughter was delighted!) . Thank you so much… the location is great, staff are fabulous and we really enjoyed the night. Thank you Holiday Inn

One over night stay

Liked:Good location to motorway if travelling distance staff very good. room had no noise and was clean but bed was uncomfortable lumpy. limited menu in restaurant for an evening meal good breakfast. fast food chain next door if you prefer.

Ideal position near the M40, reasonable price but needs modernising.

Liked:Spent 1 night here whilst travelling between Liverpool and London, just 2 minutes from M40. First the positives - ideal position, room and bathroom were clean and warm, usual Holiday Inn breakfast which was good, v reasonable price at £59. The negatives - car park flooded with large potholes, we had to pay £5/night to park, lift broken, public areas and rooms have a very tired look. Reception said hotel due refit hence lift not being repaired. Overall, good position, reasonably priced but needs modernising
