Liked:2 toilets, washing machine

Disliked:State of saucepans, had frying pan replaced.No hair dryer,no tea towel. Key to front door of buiding difficult.Parking space overgrown on arrivel ,this was rectified after 2 days

The apartments are in an excellent location

Liked:The service by Desmond from Coventry Homes was fantastic. The location is also excellent.

Disliked:When we arrived there was a queen bed in one room and a single in the other. Desmond sorted this out and moved us to another apartment which only had 3 chairs for 4 people. He also sorted this out. The keys do not fit the exterior locks. Fortunately one of the locals tols us you have to press the trade button or we would be still waiting. We had to go to Coventry to pay for the parking as they do not have a credit card facility
