Disliked:My stay was terrible; the staff was awful they paid no attention to me, and if I asked for help, they responded rudely. When I went to my room, the door kept getting stuck; we spent nearly three minutes trying to open it, and one of the keys didn't work. The elevator was even worse. Before arriving at the hotel, I had arranged to change my check-out time from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. When I arrived and mentioned this, they ignored me until I spoke to them quite sternly. The next day at 11:00 AM, they called me to check out; I told them I had paid for a 1:00 PM check-out, but they didn't believe me and called three times. Finally, someone came to my room to insist that check-out was at 11:00 AM. I told them again that I had paid to leave at 1:00 PM. We ended up leaving 30 minutes early because they were so relentless and there was a total lack of communication regarding these details it was the worst experience.

I will not stay here again. I feel tricked in a way. The pictures did not look like what I’ve seen at all.

Would have been better if the manager did something in regards to the uncomfortably of having no AC in 90+ weather

Disliked:The room I was in didn’t have AC and there was accommodations done for me immediately and I had to wait until 6pm the following day for a new room

Room dirty but bed comfortable!

Liked:Hotel needs renovation and cleaning. The hall carpeting was filthy and needed vacuuming. The elevator floor was coming apart, the bed linens were thin and stained. The towels were thin and old. The whole place is in need of some TLC. The best part of the room was that the A/C worked and the bed was comfortable. The tub shower did not have a safety bar to hold on to except to enter with and we put a hand towel down inside to stand on because it was slippery.
