Disliked:staff seemed annoyed all the time, keys didn't work (multiple times) the tub was rusted and gross, the ac didn't work well.

Overall location was excellent since it was our first time in Rhode Island visiting family

Liked:Staff was friendly, cleanliness was nice. The continental breakfast was truly amazing.

Disliked:Pool was closed the entire weekend of my stay during one of the hottest weekends in July. Was told by the staff that the beaches weren’t too far from the hotel. The air conditioning leaked carpet was wet.
