Liked:Very clean , close to interstate 95 (close to Providence) and much cheaper than staying in Providence itself.

Disliked:I thought the breakfast would be better , but it was okay I guess.

Liked:We stayed here 7/7 to 7/9 in room 254 where the paint is peeling in many locations and the overall quality of the room is extremely poor. The room should not be in service and it clearly needs attention. Either housekeeping, maintenance or hotel leadership is asleep at the wheel. I spoke to the front desk and asked for a rate adjustment due to the condition of the room but she was brand new and had no authority to do so. I asked for the name of the hotel GM, she could only give me his first name "Drew" and could not find his email address. He didn't arrive until 10am and unfortunately, we were out all day so I could not speak to Drew directly. Tried calling today to speak to Drew and 2x the hotel front desk answered and immediately said "please hold" only to leave me on the phone and never pick up my call. My next step will be to call Marriott Corp and advise them this hotel is not meeting standards with respect to room quality. If Drew happens to see this review, I believe you have my email address and can contact me directly. I am 99.9% that Drew would not put his family in room 254. My recommendation to travelers reading this review: stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, Thurber St, Warwick. Stay away from this Fairfield- they are charging way too much $$ for rooms that are in desperate need of TLC.
