The location and price is perfect. The room is dirty and very outdated.

Liked:The view of the ocean. The location to the Boardwalk and shops and restaurant were very convenient. The price was very cheap.

Disliked:The balcony was extremely small and dirty. The pullout couch was full of dirt, sand, and food. Underneath of it was full of paper, candy, wrappers, and dirt. I don’t think it has ever been cleaned. The register vans had so much black dust on them the sheets in the bedroom had sand on them.

It was good!

Liked:It was easily accessible to the beach. The staff was friendly.

Disliked:The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should've been when we arrived, but the staff quickly fixed the issue & had someone come to clean it.

Liked:Location was wonderful as we were right where all the shows were at. Perfect spot for Firework show and floor we were on was great. Hospitality people were awesome and very attentive as per front desk guys were to. Pool was nice and the fact that we were almost at corner unit away from people was kinda good. Overall we liked our stay and will probably b3 back again next year. Normally we do come to Va Beach every year, but it depends on availability at this property to stay here or not and we kinda got lucky this year.

Disliked:The fact the power kept either flickering or would go completely out was not good at all, fold out couch wasn't comfy nor did it smell to greatest, but pillows N blankets were nice! As far as having a balcony they should have some type of screen for the balcony door so for those that love to hear waves crashing can do so with no worries about mosquitoes, flies, etc getting into the unit. Kitchenette and or where microwave/coffee maker station should be higher like the sink, cook space is. The laundry room at least needed a small fan to at circulate the air.
