Liked:The room was great. The bed was comfy and clean. The view was okay.

Disliked:The shower was a little dirty, the temperature in the room was a little off and warmer than the thermostat read. The location wasn't where I expected it to be. The parking was tight.

Liked:The location. That’s it.

Disliked:The AC was not working, the elevators were slow when they were working, it took an hour to check in, there was no room service on a Friday night, there was no chairs or umbrellas set up on the beach, there was mayhem in the pool with tons of children on rafts and throwing footballs, there was tons of standing water around the pool area and I never saw a staff come out by the pool. There was no signage and nothing in the room, telling me what was available to me in the hotel. I had to go looking for everything. I was very disappointed with this hotel, especially for what I paid. This hotel is very poorly run and not worth the money. I will never stay there again.
