I found some trash in my room and the elevator there wasn’t easy to take elevator in the building

Liked:The location. Truly steps from the water.

Disliked:Multiple things. I didn't get the room I requested. At check in time house keeping we're still cleaning. I settled for another room as we were already 2 hrs past check in. Then after the cleaning delay my room shower was dirty as if the shower was passed during housekeeping. For the price the value received was subpar.

Great Location, Above Average Rooms

Liked:Spent a couple of nights here, celebrating Granddaughter's birthday. Our room seemed clean, and we were comfortable in it. The beds were okay. Great view from the balcony. Only complaints were about the door, which would not close automatically. So you had to remember to pull it shut when you left the room. And the in-room safe would not work. It had an error message that I think was saying that the battery was low. One other thing worth mentioning, is that the bathroom is VERY small. It was almost impossible to have 2 adults in there at the same time. The staff seemed very friendly, and we did have the breakfast buffet one morning, which was pretty average...especially for the price. But the location is amazing, literally steps across the concrete boardwalk to the stairs down to the beach.
