The stay was okay but probably will not return. Was not offered to change room

Disliked:Bathroom and tub was dirty, foreign substance was on the top of the soap dispenser in the shower Housekeeping was called and never came to clean. Towel rack was broken which was explained at check in but was never repaired during our stay. Room was not as advertised on your site was supposed to have a view of the beachfront. Linen had holds

Disliked:I thought we were getting an ocean front room, we stayed in an ocean view room. When I inquired about an ocean front room, the staff mostly ignored me. The said they would get back to me but never did. When I checked out they said it was the “verbiage” used when booking. I was meeting my daughter for a long weekend and this was the halfway point for both of us. I promised her an oceanfront room but ended up staying in the ocean view room. Regardless, we had a nice weekend anyway.
