Very Poor Customer Service

Liked:I have stayed at this hotel in the past over the years, but unfortunately, the quality of customer service has noticeably declined. During my recent stay, there was no hot water available on my second day, forcing me to take a cold shower. In addition, housekeeping failed to replace the toilet paper in my room. When I called the front desk to request more, I was told that I would need to come pick it up myself because delivering it to the room was "not a priority." That response was disappointing and not what I would expect from a Hilton property. The food was also a major letdown. It was extremely greasy, and the wait times were excessive. Even after waiting a long time, the quality of the meal did not justify the delay. The location is still convenient, but the lack of attention to basic guest needs and the decline in service made this stay frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues, as this property used to provide a much better guest experience.
