New accommodation close to main road and public transport networks for Brussels.

A solid four-star hotel with excellent rooms and a couple of great staff, but isolated and let down

Liked:Pedro was excellent and easily the standout member of staff. I was actually considering checking out early, but he handled things so well that he convinced me to stay. There was also a Hungarian lady at the restaurant who was consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming. Both of them made a noticeable difference to my stay. The hotel itself is also new, modern, comfortable, and feels like a proper four-star property.

Disliked:Unfortunately, most of the other staff I dealt with were the opposite. They were cold, distant, and not particularly pleasant. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere, so do not stay here if you want to step outside into restaurants, shops, or Brussels city life. It works if you want somewhere quiet and isolated, or if you are hiding from everyone.

Liked:For a city hotel it was amazingly comfortable and we had a really great sleep the bedding was extraordinary
