Liked:Had a brilliant stay, a few issues but nothing the lovely staff didn't do their absolute best to resolve ☺️

Disliked:The electric went in our room which the reception staff was aware of as an issue but dealt with it quickly and was very friendly and polite in dealing with.

Best value for money staying if your are visiting Brussels for Work.

Liked:The room was small but very clean and quiet. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel door. The train station is only 5-7 minutes walking. Very nice and relaxing restaurant. There is a very nice park just opposite the train station.

Disliked:No air conditioning in the room. My travel was during the June heat wave (38 degrees). I was sleeping with an open window. Breakfast was nice, but too expensive for the offered variety. There was a small problem with the bathroom shower head that needs to be replaced.

Liked:The hotel was okay (good location, staff and rooms).

Disliked:The hotel does not have AC outside of the breakfast area, meaning it was unlivable. It was so hot, I had to shower every 45min while there, nothing I did helped, I was constantly sweating and needing 1h+ to wall asleep because of the heat. Thankfully I stayed there only for an hour or two outside of the night since it was a complete sauna.
