Liked:An outstanding stay from beginning to end. The staff were genuinely welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. The room was spotless, modern, quiet, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and everything exceeded my expectations. Great breakfast, excellent service, and fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vilnius.

Disliked:Honestly, nothing worth mentioning. Everything was well organized and met or exceeded my expectations.

Just the basics, but CLEAN, quiet, and welcoming with friendly host that goes above and beyond.

Liked:The room and facilities were very clean, very well kept, and welcoming. It was very quiet, and the location felt safe and was a good walking distance to most places we wanted to go. The facilities are a bit older (but NOT at all run-down or in bad condition!), and are very simple, but if you're looking for a nice place and don't care about frills, it's great! The host went above and beyond to offer travel help, and offered a storage locker where we could leave our bags for the afternoon after morning check-out so that we didn't have to haul them around the city with us before our departure from Vilnius. There is no a/c and outside temps were hot, but the host had a fan going in our room at the right times while we were away during the day so our room was pleasantly cool when we returned each evening. The host communicated very well to make our after-hours check-in clear and easy. They provide a lock box outside with a code to access your room and main door key. There's a community fridge and kitchen area (no stove) with a shelf in the fridge for each room, dishes, kettle, coffee, tea, milk, and granola. Friendly and helpful staff, and once again, VERY clean, quiet, and welcoming!

Disliked:It was a little difficult to know how to find the host in order to pay the city tax that we still owed. Another guest also approached me and asked if I knew how to pay it. It's not a big deal though. They're usually there around 10-11 am. Worst case just leave it in your room when you leave.
