Good location, good breakfast & comfortable room if a little too much noise from the road

Liked:Breakfast choice was excellent. Room was a bit noisy from cars coming down the road. Also in the road there is a loose cover so every time a car went over it there was a ‘ker-plunk’ noise. Good location from which to explore the city.

Not what I have expected

Liked:Great location, beautiful exterior of the hotel, loved the big bathroom with a big bath.

Disliked:The room was very spacious (I had the suite), but very tired-looking and outdated. The living area felt like a blast from the past, it had a small sofa bed and a chair standing against the wall, it felt like a doctor’s reception room, rather than a living room. It really didn’t feel like a 4* hotel stay.

Good hotel, great breakfast but a little noisy room.

Liked:Very good breakfast, very nice and good looking hotel, very friendly staff. Location is perfect to see the most of the attractions. Sushi restaurant next to the hotel offers DELICIOUS food.

Disliked:The room was quite noisy - windows didn't isolate well noise from the street and there was a low hum from some machinery in the night (strangely, you could hear it only while lying in the bad, but not when standing in other part of the room)
