If you need an apartment for a business in the very center of Vilnius, this is an excellent option

Liked:The reception staff were friendly throughout our stay. The room was very clean. We chose a simple room and were pleased with it. The studio was located on the lower ground floor, but the lighting was well-planned. Having air conditioning was a plus, too!

Disliked:The heated towel rail in the shower wasn't working well. This could probably be easily fixed. There were no other downsides for us

Extremely disappointing

Liked:Beds were comfortable and the location was good.

Disliked:The property was very difficult to locate, especially at night. The area was extremely dark, with poor signage and no clear directions on where to go. The entrance area looked more like a dark alley than an entrance. We ended up going around in circles several times before finally figuring out where we were supposed to go. Our room was located in the basement, which was not made clear to us when we booked. The air in the room was extremely heavy and humid, to the point where, on one of the days, our beds and bedding actually became damp. There was so much condensation on the windows that water was dripping down onto the floor beneath them. Our towels never dried properly throughout our stay. The showerhead holder was also broken, meaning we had to hold the showerhead the entire time while showering. Additionally, whenever we requested fresh towels, we consistently received an incomplete set, with either a bath towel or a hand towel missing. The room was also dirty in several areas. When we asked a staff member to come and inspect the room, he initially denied that the beds were damp, even though they clearly were. He eventually provided us with fresh bed linen, but we had to change it ourselves. He also acknowledged the cleanliness issues and assured us that he would leave a note for housekeeping and that our room would be cleaned the following day. However, nobody ever came to clean it. When we raised this issue with the staff they blamed us for not coming back the next morning to request cleaning again, despite the fact that we had already been assured it would be taken care of. Throughout our stay, we experienced consistently poor attitudes from the staff, a complete lack of hospitality, and very little willingness to help or resolve any of the issues we raised. Overall, the combination of excessive humidity, poor cleanliness, broken facilities, inadequate housekeeping, and dismissive customer service made our stay extremely disappointing.
