Excellent location as it was easy to walk to many sights and restaurants.

Liked:We were able to park our car early in the day and explore Victoria while waiting for our room. The front desk staff were very friendly. The floor to ceiling windows with views of the inner harbor and Olympic mountains were spotless.

Disliked:Can’t think of a thing!

Liked:We absolutely loved our stay here and it ended up being one of our favourite hotels during our Western Canada road trip. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcome and went out of their way to make our stay feel special. We were travelling as part of our wedding trip and the thoughtful touches from the hotel really elevated our experience and made us feel celebrated. The room was spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to relax after busy days of exploring. The location was another huge highlight. Everything we wanted to see in Victoria was within easy walking distance, including great restaurants, shops and attractions, so we hardly needed to use the car at all. Overall, the combination of the excellent location, comfortable accommodation and exceptional hospitality made this a memorable stay. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Victoria.
