Excellent service, a comfortable stay and outstanding hospitality

Liked:I had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and good location. Fatemeh was exceptional, She was always kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Her excellent communication made my stay even more enjoyable.

Disliked:The only area for improvement would be that some parts of the hotel could benefit from a little renovation. However, didn't affect our overall experience, and we still had very pleasant stay thanks to the excellent service.

Liked:Comfy beds, Free popcorn at 4 o'clock! Games/ gym/ pool. Toiletries and the sink the bedroom rather than the toilet - really good when sharing. Really appreciated that staff and owners are trying really hard to provide facilities.

Disliked:Noisy aircon/ windows didn't open. It has been upgraded but still felt a bit dated.
