Would not stay,again

Liked:The location is fantastic. The room was delightfully quirky.

Disliked:Our room was right next to the pub which turned up the music so loud later in the night that we couldn’t sleep. In addition the noise from the upstairs room was disturbing.

best location in Victoria

Liked:very well located, central to everything we wanted, tour to Butchard Gardens, float plane, great restaurants. should have asked re on one level, ours was 2 levels not good for us, but they have 1 level rooms, so beed to check if issue. lovely staff

Disliked:2 levels with steep stairs to bedroom bit dark

Very central and well equipped rooms with helpful staff

Liked:Excellent location, very central and right next to a pub. The room was quite dated but it was very spacious and clean and it was handy having the small kitchen. It was good value for the space and location.

Disliked:A few small issues arose while we were there, eg no ironing board in the room and the room keys mysteriously stopped working. But the staff were always very quick to successfully resolve these so it wouldn’t put us off staying again. You have to park in a public car park a bit of a walk away, although you can briefly park at the hotel to unload. If you happen to be there on a Sunday or bank holiday the car park is free which was an unexpected bonus for us.
