Perfect pleasant for the one night I needed it.

Liked:Quiet, easy to find, responsive hosts. I'd requested no strong scents for cleaning due to my chronic conditions, and they followed through. Bedding very comfortable; area was perfect for a simple overnight stay.

Disliked:Hard to avoid, but the provided soaps and shampoos were still scented, and I detected scented detergent on the towels. Just made me a little itchy. And Canada was in a heat wave, so the one standing fan was the only cooling device -- again, not much the owner can do about the climate.

Great price for a quick stay.

Liked:It was very comfortable. Very quiet and felt safe. Great shower and nice to have a good size refrigerator. Check-in was good with directions.

Disliked:The neighborhood is older and a bit run down. But you could tell it was safe.

Location was nice and quiet, and they had everything one would need in the kitchen to stay a while.

Liked:They packed a lot into a very small space. It was cozy and very quiet.

Disliked:The towel rack in the bathroom was broke so there was no place to put our towels.

Outside appearances are deceiving, great little place!

Liked:Great room, very comfortable, has everything you need, great little kitchenette. Lots of hot water, shower pressure was great. Location is good if you're heading out towards Sooke in the AM

Disliked:The outside of the house is not appealing, neither is the backyard. The paperwork in the room says there's a working hot tub, but it was not filled with water! Parking spot was awkward
