Liked:They were not rude, but had a undertone of not wanting my family here. We cleaned our own room everyday we booked here because housekeeping never stopped to ask if we need clean towels or garbage removed over our 4 day stay here.

I felt unwelcome here and will not be going back.

Disliked:Clean towels, ice bucket, clean walls. The room we were supposed to get still had guests in it. Put us by the pool which other guests left the children unattended. Very loud.
