Noisy room

Liked:Location is safe

Disliked:It is still undergoing construction work, this is the third time I’ve stayed here in the last few months where I get a room that has noise from the water pipe system that wakes me up in the middle of the night. The noise is loud enough and comes and goes on a regular time interval which makes it annoying. I reported it before my last stay and my plea was ignored. I visit town every month. Will have to stay elsewhere next time

I'd be better off staying at another hotel.

Liked:Everything was very dirty, and my air conditioner wasn't working properly—it was leaking water into the room. The towels were older than I am, and the pool water was green. Housekeeping consisted only of making the beds and changing the towels; while the customer service was good, the place is in desperate need of maintenance.
