It was okay as a departure point for the canyon but could use some TLC.

Liked:The staff were very friendly and helpful, AC worked well and beds comfortable.

Disliked:Wifi did not work in the back wing where we stayed. Had to go outside and closer to the office to get reception. There was only the Keurig type coffee maker and enough coffee for one day. We were there three nights. Broken glass in entry door to hallway. There were many vacancies in the large motel but they had to put someone right above us on the last night who came in late and kept us awake.

Nice for a short stay!

Liked:Staff, Very Friendly especially the bar -tender who had to double as a waiter as the chef called in sick .. requiring the waitress to become the cook which made the bartender have to become the waitress!! we had a delicious ribeye steak dinner with loaded baked potatoes at the bar/restaurant.. The bags were very comfortable, but we were unable to get a king. We had to get two queens..

Disliked:The television and the remote control were absolutely terrible. You could only get like three TV channels. We tried for an hour playing with all the buttons could never get the TV to SELECT more Cable television..
