This hotel needs some maintenance

Liked:The Location was perfect, close to everything in the old town.

Disliked:The have a humidity problem, each time we went back tot he room, we had this smell of mold. The breakfast was average. The mugs were sticky and dirty, couldn’t use it. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything that’s coming from other rooms

Superb location and lovely staff.

Liked:The location is brilliant, so close to the lovely sites as it's within the old town. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is also a fantastic way to kick off your day to explore the beautiful city of Valencia.

Disliked:I guess there's not a lot they can do about this, however, a rooftop plunge pool would be great as it's so hot here in the summer.

Good base for a few days in the city center

Liked:Excellent location. Very clean. Quiet airconditioning (important during hot Valencian nights).

Disliked:Room not very practical - not enough space to take our clothes out of the suitcase. TV was not facing the bed - had to watch from a sharp angle - but this was not a huge problem at all. Noise insulation very weak - we could hear our neighbours too much.
