Ok but would book elsewhere for the price i paid

Liked:The breakfast was good however it was the same choices everyday and staff were helpful. The swimming pool area was good. The beds were comfortable.

Disliked:The lifts were small. There was not much in the room such kettle for tea and coffee. It was quite dated needs an upgrade on the rooms with more complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee station. Staff do not help will luggage to be taken to rooms especially with one guest member being disabled. The receptionist told to take it ourselves also did not allow an extra hour for late checkout for disabled guest member. Hotel staff needs to show more compassion to people with disabilities. For the price i paid i will book elsewhere. Thank you

Liked:It is nearby to metro and tram station, very close to the airport. Room was spacious enough and clean.

Disliked:As a hotelier myself, I was really disappointed by the lack of hospitality here. The staff was not welcoming at all. At 1:30 AM, we asked the night receptionist for a bottle of water, which we were more than happy to pay for. Instead of helping us, she just said "no" and sent us to a local shop. The shop was already closed, and being sent out into the streets in the middle of the night created unnecessary safety concerns. Also, hair dryer in the room was malfunctioning that we were scared it was going to cause an electrical issue. The items we specifically requested like an iron and ironing board were taken back out of the room after it was serviced. However housekeeping attendants were only ones with smiling face which I really appreciated.
