Comfortable bed and good AC, but poor soundproofing and very noisy housekeeping from early morning, limited TV options,

Liked:The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked very well.

Disliked:The €24/24-hour parking is quite expensive, and the €3 hotel discount is not enough. The rooms also have poor sound insulation, so you can easily hear people in neighboring rooms. Housekeeping was particularly noisy in the mornings, with carts and cleaning equipment repeatedly banging against doors and waking me up as early as 8–9 a.m. The large TV was also disappointing, as it only offered regular TV channels and hotel advertisements, with no Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming options. Finally, there was an unpleasant sewer/drain smell coming from the bathroom.

Disliked:In the bathroom the ceiling was pealed off; no coffee/tea maker in the room. No Youtube connection on TV At arrival, the receptionist couldn’t initially see my booking even though it was payed for and checked in in their system beforehand. When I asked what should I do, she very rude sge kept saying that she doesn’t see it in the system, so not up to her
