A great stay, close to food, shopping, and Ulaanbaatar's central square.

Liked:The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of items, from European fare (salad, croissants, pastries) to traditional fare including an egg station (for omelets, scrambled, fried), pancakes, waffles, and fruits. Oatmeal and cold cereal was also available. Juices and a great coffee station rounded out the offering. Aivy, the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, made our breakfast experience enjoyable every day of our stay.

Disliked:This may be trivial, but we found operation of the elevator to be somewhat random. Often we'd call the elevator and it would bypass our floor both on the way up and down. More than once we had to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator to finally stop on our floor. If you're on a tour schedule that kind of random performance requires additional planning.
