For a single man, just fine!

Liked:Location, privacy. Room had cube refrigerator and microwave. Private sliding glass door entrance into a courtyard. Lovely pool (had it been in season). Phillipe is obviously a gardener! Lots and lots of interesting potted plants to enjoy. After reading other reviews about the hot water... Just be patient. It takes literally a couple of minutes for the water to change from could to hot. Then it is very hot. No problem.

Disliked:Could use updates! Older carpet and paint. A person accustomed to a hotel would probably not be satisfied. A larger fridge would be a big improvement. My wife would not have been satisfied at all! I'm an a low key traveler more focused on price! While generally it was definitely no frills, I was satisfied and will return if I'm alone.

Most people would find the accomodations unexceptable.

Liked:Though there was an eclectic group of people, everyone was friendly.

Disliked:This is not a hotel; it is more like a half-way house. We were the only overnighters, most were there for long periods of time. Smoking was not allowed in the building but residents smoked incessantly on the patio. The pool had a greenish tinge. There is no off street parking.
