Nice, but not great for the price.

Liked:Nice, clean rooms and comfortable bed.

Disliked:Only one coffee pod in the room and no coffee, tea, or water in the lobby. Parking on top of room expense was a lot.

Excellent option for downtown stay

Liked:Last minute stay due to a flight cancellation. Staff was excellent and helpful. Shout out to Tristen at the valet. This is the type of employee every business hopes for in customer service. Room was clean and quiet, restaurant was a great option for in hotel dining. Recommend a stay here.

Great customer service and location

Liked:This wasn't our first time at The Leo Kent, we love staying there but this stay was different. Our trip to Tucson was not planned, it was due to a medical emergency involving my daughter. We were tired travelers coming in from Southern California and emotionally drained From dealing with the medical situation but the staff from the moment we arrived were awesome. A few who really stood out were, Asia, who checked to see if the room was ready for early check in, Conner and Kelsi in the bar area and David (Task mgmt). All of these employees went above and beyond. They made the situation better for us. Thank you! We will be back!
