Highlights
Could Improve
Generally reported as clean (guests explicitly note 'clean'), but a significant issue: a guest reported seeing a lizard in the room two nights, indicating occasional pest/housekeeping lapses.
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and attentive (reception, bar, activity staff). However, there was a major negative on arrival: very long check-in wait (~1h20) and poor handling by reception, which marred first impressions.
Excellent beachfront location and sea-facing rooms celebrated by multiple guests ('first line facing the sea', 'great beach and gardens', large beach and proximity to activities).
Rooms described as exceptional and very large with great sea views; comfortable and well-regarded overall, though isolated pest sighting affected one stay.
Resort amenities are a strong point: multiple pools, extensive water activities (snorkeling, diving, SUP, yachting, water-skiing), spa and treatments praised, varied on-site restaurants and events.
Mixed: guests enjoy the experience but several mention extra charges (breakfast to-go, bottled water at table, supplements) that reduce the feeling of full board/all-inclusive value.
Food receives the most consistent criticism: à la carte mains (Italian, La Caravelle) judged only 'so-so' despite good presentation; some standout items (tataki wagyu) but overall F&B quality could be improved.
Overall stays are described as exceptional and relaxing with high satisfaction for facilities, staff and setting; service hiccups at check-in and some F&B/value issues somewhat detract but do not overturn generally excellent experiences.
