Cancellation

Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Important Information
Please note that dress code is applicable as per below: Hotel restaurant dress code : Daytime: casual (swimwear or tank tops are not allowed). Evening: smart, casual dress code applies to our guests from 12 years old. Shorts, Bermuda pants (except at La Plage and L’Oasis restaurants) and sportswear or beachwear are not allowed. Men are requested to wear closed shoes for dinner time in all restaurants, except at La Plage restaurant. For all Honeymoon Clients ONLY : Please note, to benefit the ‘Honeymoon Gifts’. The travel dates must be 12 months to guests’ wedding date. A copy of the wedding certificate must be produced compulsory at time of check in at hotel. Honeymoon Gifts will be offered : Lunches (2 courses) offered daily If booked on ‘Half board’ only. A bottle of sparkling wine One free couples experience – select from a catalogue of experiences on arrival at your hotel. (booking must be a minimum stay of four nights). Trou aux Biches Beachcomber will be closed for renovation from 15th of May until 15th of October 2026.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. When booking half board, note that drinks are not included. A deposit may be required at the property.
