Liked:Nice staff, good location, good food and drinks

Disliked:The place wasn't that clean (there were very small ants in the balcony, kitchen and bathroom). The music was repeated over and over, every day. A little diversity wouldn't hurt.

Convenient and pretty spot near the beach.

Liked:Nice attractive and spacious room with a big bed and day bed. Pretty garden and pool, and just a block from the beach. Convenient restaurant attached with lovely restaurant manager and staff.

Disliked:The level of housekeeping was poor. The bed always looked like a child had made it. There was lots of dirt under the bed and beside the bathroom cabinet all week. Toilet paper wasn't replaced at all in 6 days - even after I asked the housekeeper. There's a kitchenette, but no cloths to wash and dry your dishes at all. I wrote a note for the housekeeper asking for a cloth to wash the frying pan, and got no response. Reception was also slow to get back to me. Overall, I felt communication was poor. They're decent people and could get great reviews if they just pay attention to these details. These are basic things. :)

Overall, I'd recommend the apartment.

Liked:The apartment was at ground level, and very well maintained and clean. The host was responsive. The private outdoor space as you enter was excellent, with trees around and a dining table outside.

Disliked:The breakfast at the restaurant was not great, with limited options and average quality (Note the breakfast restaurant is a separate entity from the Be Cosy). I wouldn't recommend taking with the breakfast option. The staff was welcoming though. Since it is a serviced apartment, there is no luggage porter. It can be hectic if you have a lot of luggage. The staff offered to assist me - which was very kind of him.
