Exceptionally bad value for money

Liked:The room and the hotel look nothing like the photos on Booking.com. The photos shown are of a different part of the complex, while we were accommodated in the old building, which is completely run-down, outdated and uninviting. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel — 2 stars at best.

Disliked:A very poor, shabby and uninviting room. It has absolutely nothing to do with a 4-star hotel standard. There are big campings around it. You have to walk to the city center and restaurants

Hotel is very dated and needs a lot of maintenance. Location is great

Disliked:It’s very dated .. pictures show completely another hotel.. I don’t understand how this hotel can have 4 stars. Rooms very dark, bed mattresses soft and you can feel the springs through and very uncomfortable. One critical thing is that they dont give you the pool towel.. we was told to go to the market in the camp site which belongs to the hotel and buy some..breakfasts very plain .. nothing special.. fruits almost none existent.. uncut ..always only apple, kiwi and oranges but as a whole fruit.. not even a lemon near the water machine … Location was great though .. very close to lake and beach … you can use the beach beds as well as they belong to the hotel.

Liked:The swimming pool was great!

Disliked:The room was very warm. The AC was not working and we couldn't sleep. We reported to the receptionist but they were not helpful.

I enjoyed my stay despite the negative comments I made. It was a lovely holiday & good for families

Liked:Beautiful location. However I wasn’t aware the hotel was adjacent to a camp site. Having said that, the campsite was excellent. An onsite supermarket was good for a very small shop but there was an excellent large supermarket a five minute walk away which had excellent fresh fish.

Disliked:The breakfasts were chaotic and the layout terrible. The coffee considering it was Italy was below average. The walls were paper thin so you could hear chairs scraping and people talking very clearly. I had a noisy neighbour who smoked on the balcony so it made it unpleasant to sit out at the same time.
