Boring repetitive and will not return

Liked:Terrible location, car required and should be in advert for hotel

Disliked:Room basic, food boring and repetitive. No way this is a 4 star hotel. 2 nights entertainment out of 7, this hotel is remote so should have had more entertainment. All inclusive bar shut at 10. It seemed like a military camp.

The hotel does not meet a 4-star standard. I would describe it more as a standard/basic hotel.

Liked:Location, pool.

Disliked:The hotel has very old facilities with maintenance issues. The bunk bed for my daughters was not safe, so they had to sleep in the same bed because the bunk bed was made of iron and did not feel secure. The toilet had water leaking continuously. The dining tables had dirty tablecloths, and at the bar we had to wait for someone to show up to serve us.

The property consists of a main building and 2 annexes. The main building has a rooftop swimming pool, while the other pool is near the annexes. To reach the property: when coming from the South, drive through Toscolano Maderno. Do not go up towards Cecina at the first intersection, instead go towards Gargnano and turn left at the sign. Then follow indications for the hotel. When coming from the North, turn right after the Toscolano Maderno sign and follow indications for the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
