Disliked:Very expensive compared to airport hotels. Very slow elevator service. Paid for parking on top of a very costly room rate.

Perfect stay

Liked:Flexible and amazing customer service. Attempted to check in early and the guy at reception kindly informed me he would be able to assist me in about an hour. I had lunch at the restaurant and came back and as promised, a room was ready, I really appreciated that. The room was above my expectations, it was large and clean with everything I needed. Spent some time at the pool as well which did not disappoint. Very impressed with this hotel and will always choose this when visit Toronto.
