Liked:We really liked the hotel's location - I'd rate it a 9 out of 10. It's very convenient for getting to the ROM museum (10min). The service was excellent. The breakfast was tasty as well, I'd give it a solid 6 out of 10.

Disliked:As for the breakfast, I would have liked to see more fruit options for the oatmeal - there were only a few pieces available, which was quite surprising to me.

Easy stay - friendly and accomodating staff and great location.

Disliked:Don't need things in the mini bar - was able to get diet coke from the front desk but would have like the room fridge to be on but it wasn't running.

Great location, good staff, comfortable rooms.

Liked:Great location and next door to St George subway station (lines 1 and 2), as well as a large parking garage. Rooms were spacious and clean and the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked:The bed was far too soft. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room (guests have to request one to be delivered to the room). The breakfast / dinner restaurant was very comfortable but the menu is very limited for vegetarian/vegans which is surprising for this day and age. The coffee was disappointing with espresso style coffees made from an automatic machine and served lukewarm. The waitress kindly pre-warmed our mugs for us which made the coffee drinkable. The fact that so many guests were bringing in coffee from outside should signal to management that they need to improve on this.
