Liked:It was clean. Heat and hot water were good.
Disliked:There was a lot of snow in the Biffalo area and they did not bother to shovel or plow out their parking lot. There were no mats in the room so you had no choice but to drag a lot of snow and water into your room.

I did not feel safe! Pitch black parking lot, man with no ID & bad boudaries had my key -no refund

Scottish Inn - North Tonawanda through Booking.comI drove into a dark parking lot with 1 car present, office is a tiny box with a call button, no attendant… a man in street clothes with no ID came out of 101 and approached me from behind when I pressed the doorbell and said “ you gotta press this one” reached over my shoulder and went to press it… this guy in jeans and a t shirt ended up working there, I guess? Another man buzzed me into a tiny plexiglassed room and stayed behind a security screen and gave me one key card with the number written in it in marker… he said I could not have a second key even though I paid $220 for 2 adjoining rooms. When I asked about the lights because I can’t see anything he said they keep them off because of bugs. When I went to grab my one key card, this same man swiped himself into my rooms and opened the door. I was greeted by a tiny corridor leading up to what looked like a tiny gas station bathroom with a new fancy bowl glued to the top…this is why the pictures don’t show the floor, because it’s bad. The rooms do not look like the pictures…walls in bad shape.. I said "no" and stepped back out because I was scared to sleep or let my children sleep in a room I can’t get a second key to, but this guy staying a few doors down has a key? I said this doesn’t look like the pictures and he said “No refund!” The guy behind the plexiglass, doesn't speak much. He said he “I can't. You call booking.com” I have to email booking.com who responds it’s the property owners (his) decision. It reminded me of the Bates Motel and I knew I’d never feel safe for me or children sleeping there. Is there something you can do to disassociate your whole company from this one scary site and poor management? And Give me a refund?! I stayed at the Hilton express in one room together a mile down… it was the right decision .
