Better customer care

Liked:My room made a sound like a ice crusher in the middle of the night. I spoke with the front desk person in morning. The man i spoke to did not care to discuss the issue. So we listen to this for 3 nights. This hotel/motel needs a total remodel.

Not a good choice

Liked:Location was good. Beds were comfortable.

Disliked:Carpet was sticky, bathroom was dirty, light switch was broken, breakfast was very sparse. Towels were very thin. Pillows were lumpy.
