Liked:Don’t stay at this hotel! This hotel scammed my money outright. They refuse to respond to any communication, and the contact number they provided is completely fake. Their own hotel policy clearly states: if you can’t check in and have already submitted a cancellation request, they will only charge the first night’s fee. However, they took the full amount of my booking instead of following their own rules. They ignore all messages and refuse to resolve the issue. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Do not book this hotel unless you want to get scammed out of your money.

Uncomfortable and hotel not clean

Disliked:The location and the room, the sheets had stains all over, the floors were dirty and the room had a smell similar to humidity. The towels were not white anymore and looked dirty. We decided to check out a few hours into our reservation.

Good in general, but the breakfast is super basic, the juice was basically water.

Disliked:The staff is not very well trained for hospitality. Diana's service wasn't hospital at all, she just denied my shuttle instead of provide solutions. She was just a stopper for me to get the shuttle. But then the girl next to her was amazing and helped me a lot. So is not all the people from the staff but that girl specifically. The TV doesn't have Netflix or other streaming platforms. And the breakfast dissapointed me, the orange juice was basically water mixed with a box of fake juice and a little of real orange. The chilaquiles sauce was water and oil with some dried spices (horrible), and the beans were diluted in a lot of water. At least I had the basics like eggs, fruit, yogurth.
