There are 2 Tokyu Stay properties in Shibuya area. Please check the property name and address before arrival. The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in. Early check in before 15:00 and late check out after 11:00 is available at a surcharge. Please contact the property for more details. For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash). For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request.
