Liked:Food was brilliant. Bath was nice and warm, and shop inside the hotel made being there very easy!
Disliked:Elevators suck. Living in middle floors was hard, because elevators went to top floors first and was full when finally came. Also stupid that only certain elevator was available, not first that was empty. Stairs would be useful

Great location, good enough buffet.

Liked:Most of the staff are friendly, the room was clean as were the common areas, and the buffet is generally good. The location is excellent, just a few minutes by train from several popular places.
Disliked:The room is small, but that is normal by Japanese standards. There are so many rooms thart at certain times the elevators are not enough.

Overall would stay here again, but would like to see improvement in the elevator efficiency.

Liked:We loved having the Lawson's in the hotel, it made quick late night runs for food or early morning bites to eat super easy when we were trying to make it to different excursions around the city early in the morning. We also really enjoyed the public bath as a way to end or start our days.
Disliked:We were unaware that the breakfast was not included in our reservation. Which wasn't a huge deal, but would have been nice to have some clarity on that prior to booking. Additionally, waiting on an elevator was the biggest pain point of our stay. We never knew how long we would be waiting for an elevator which made it hard to plan our days around.
