Liked:The location was great, easily accessible via the Shibuya station.

Disliked:Check in was a nightmare! It took around 30 min for the host to let us in. The price was super expensive for a very basic room with a super tiny bathroom. The stairs to the property was extremely narrow and difficult to fit the large suitcase.
