Very expensive for a terrible room

Liked:Proximity to Shelter restaurant.

Disliked:Terrible room. View on courtyard was parking and paving. Waterfront a distant dream. Viewable from balcony. Very hot day. No through ventilation - had to leave our door open until late evening. No AC but a helpful fan. Staff seemed helpful on checking but on check out only one who was stumped on another guest’s issue and just ignored me for 10 minutes so I left. Price was ridiculously expensive for such a bad room 301.
