Cleanliness9.5

Multiple guests repeatedly described the apartment as very clean and well maintained; cleaning staff were praised for being friendly and thorough.

Service9.4

Hosts were frequently described as responsive and helpful (quick WhatsApp replies, allowed extra bed, luggage storage); one guest noted the process was mostly online with limited face-to-face contact.

Location9.2

Many reviewers praised the location (close to the lake, parks, restaurants and within walking distance of the centre), though a few mentioned it can be hard to find among surrounding towers.

Good on-site amenities mentioned (kitchen, balcony, laundry, market in building, paid parking); overall guests found facilities convenient and useful.

Value for Money8.7

Generally positive impressions but a few guests mentioned expensive or hard-to-find parking and related costs, slightly reducing perceived value for some visitors.

Liked:Rooms were spacious. Supermarket which was on the ground floor was really useful. Also found a halal Turkish restaurant on the ground floor. 20 mins walk to the local attractions.

Disliked:Would have like a mirror in main bedroom.

Liked:The perfect location.

Disliked:There is neither staff nor host: it is AI who 'exchanges' with you. Inhumane. Quiet disturbing and unpleasant. The room was smelling tobacco smoke. The water in the shower was not hot but only lukewarm. One has to read the room description very carefully to find out that access to swimming and spa costs in fact 25 EUR extra, and that the 'kitchen' (boiler and coffee maker) are common to the 5 rented places.

Not a present stay, actually a very stressful weekend.

Liked:Good location and very clean.

Disliked:Misleading information: the room was very small and lacked a working desk, as advertised. When I mentioned this to one of the staff, they told me I should have addressed it at check-in, and they would have given me a better room. They should have at least allowed one of us to use the spa as a complimentary amenity, but unfortunately, my credit card was charged. I will definitely pay more attention when booking, especially for small rooms. I will never book with them again.
