Highlights

+Generally clean rooms and bathrooms
+Good breakfast options
+Good price/value for many guests
+Parking available, minibar in rooms

Could Improve

–Rooms/building are dated and in need of renovation
–Standard rooms can be small
–Air conditioning insufficient in hot weather
–Some rooms have problematic showers, hard pillows or broken TV controls
–Lack of plugs near the bed and occasional missing complimentary water
–Reports of deposit/passport practices and isolated unfriendly staff interactions

Cleanliness7.0

Mixed mentions: many guests describe rooms and bathrooms as clean, but a few report dirty floors and older facilities that feel worn; some guest complaints about shower/tent and hard pillows lowered this score.

Service8.3

Generally praised — multiple comments about very helpful, friendly and accommodating staff and specific praise for reception; isolated reports of unfriendly workers or poor handling of billing/deposit slightly temper the score.

Location9.5

Consistently excellent across reviews: central, unbeatable location and perfect for exploring the city — one of the strongest positives for this hotel.

Room Quality6.8

Several guests note rooms are dated, small (especially standard rooms), with issues like hard pillows, problematic showers, broken TV controller and insufficient AC or lack of plugs — room comfort and modernity are weak points.

Amenities7.5

Basic amenities present (minibar, parking) and breakfast available; weaknesses include insufficient air conditioning in summer, no bedside plugs, occasional missing complimentary water and an older building with limited modern conveniences.

Value for Money8.0

Several guests mention good price and good value; the dated nature of the building lowers perceived value for some, but overall price-to-benefit is favorable.

Food and Beverage8.0

Breakfast is frequently described as nice, good and varied; a few guests suggest the breakfast could be improved but general sentiment is positive.

Overall Experience8.1

Overall positive experience driven by excellent location and friendly staff, with trade-offs from dated rooms, occasional cleanliness/service incidents and AC/amenity shortcomings.

Modern hôtel for a good stay in Tirana

Liked:The hôtel is modern And located on the main place of Tirana (Skanderbeg). My room was large, clean And confortable. The view was nice. The breakfeast is very good with a Nice view. I enjoy my stay.

Disliked:2 things to improve: 1. the coffee at breakfeat with machine is artificial And We must pay extra for a real expresso. 2. They ask 50€ cash at the Check in for potential use of mini bar. When travelling, you must say that Before arrival And agree for a bank card provision And not cash.
