Radisson Collection Tirana Experience

Liked:I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Communication was a major issue because almost none of the staff spoke English, making even simple requests very difficult. The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, and I never felt like a valued guest. The level of hospitality was far below my expectations, especially for a hotel carrying the Radisson Collection name. The room itself was fine, but the service was not. I hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and improves customer service and staff training.

Liked:The breakfast is phenomenal. The pool and staff were all amazing. The rooms themselves are amazing. This was a perfect relaxing version of tirana after already spending a day In the city and a 3 day hiking trip in the North. Highly recommend if you're coming to tirana and want a few days to chill by the pool.

Disliked:This would have been 10/10, I gave minus one as the indoor spa and wellness facilities were out of order and j was really looking forward to using them. Other than that everything was amazing
