Bad hosts. After paying and booking, they did not let us to the checkin late and our flight arrived

Disliked:After paying and booking, they did not let us to the checkin late and our flight arrived after midnight. We had to book another apartment, and they did not reply when we asked baout the checkin time, if they could make an exception and of course not even when we asked for a refund of our money.
